They robbed us! Their site shows delivery. It took our address. We played with a card. We called to confirm with instructions for driver. Food never arrived. We called back and suddenly they don't deliver. After confirming! We never received our food and when I called to get a refund they hung up! I will be reporting to the BBB. View all feedback.
The food is mediocre and quite pricey. The portions are small; I ordered baked stuffed shrimp and there was more stuffing than shrimp. I don't plan on returning.
They took advantage of us! Their website indicates that they offer delivery, and they accepted our address. We made a payment with a card and even called to provide specific instructions for the driver. However, the food never arrived. When we called again, they suddenly said they didn't deliver after all, even after we had confirmed! We never received our food, and when I called to request a refund, they hung up on me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
