**Exploring Friendly's: A Mixed Dining Experience**
Friendly's has sparked quite a reaction among diners, with opinions fluctuating dramatically. While some revel in nostalgic favorites like thick milkshakes and hearty burgers, others have expressed disappointment with food quality and service, citing issues such as unexpected bill increases and food allergies neglected. The limited-time Asian-inspired dishes drew sharp criticism, while classic menu items still capture loyal patrons. Overall, the experience can vary widely, reflecting a restaurant in transition, straddling the fine line between cherished tradition and pressing modernization, leaving diners both hopeful and wary of their next visit.
Was I believe what i know at Friendly's a mag?
I haven't been to Friendly's in years, and I was really impressed by their delicious menu with plenty of options. The waitress was handling the entire dining room by herself, which was quite a feat. I ordered the Jammed Up Burger, and it was fantastic—the cheese was warm and gooey. My girlfriend got the loaded waffle fries and the Cool Ranch Dorito chopped cheese. It was great to see a chopped cheese on the menu at F... View all feedback.
What Ana Acevedo dislikes about Friendly's:
First time trying this place?. The service was great but the food is horrible. The fries were good?but oh my goodness, this limited edition Asian inspired dish is disgusting. Literally tasted like I got a bowl of leftovers. Fortunately it is limited edition, this should not be on the menu!? View all feedback.

Wow, it’s been a while since I visited Friendly's, and it was just as good as I remembered! The milkshakes were thick and delicious, the french fries were really good, and the hamburger was okay.

There was only one person working, and it took a long time to receive service. The food wasn’t even that great, so it felt like a waste of 40 dollars.

It was great to see a chopped cheese on the menu at Friendly's; it added a nice, neighborhood vibe! I loved it. I'll definitely be back to claim my free sundae for downloading the app!
If I could go lower than 1 star, that would be my review. Shame what this place has become. Used to be my favorite spot to go since I was a kid, times where respect for others and pride in your job are just memories now. They tell you to reach out to them at talktofriendlys.smg.com to discuss the issue, but never return your email. Guess the apple doesn't fall far.

The milkshakes at Five Young Burger are cheaper, thicker, and larger than the medium ones at Friendly. Plus, they come with whipped cream and a cherry on top!
Only 1 person who works forever to get service-og food was not even the good drop for 40 mice
Very disappointed. I normally like Friendly's hence why I'm giving 3 stars. Based on my last encounter however it would be a 0. I ordered the munchie mania with sliders and PLAIN tenders. I also specified that I have food allergies. Well, I ended up getting buffalo sauce all over my food and a shard of broken plastic mixed in with my fries. For people with food anxieties and allergies... this is NOT ok.
I like that Friendly's notes calories next to their meals, which is why it's one of only a few places my family and I go out to eat. I had the lemon pepper fish meal (which has only 480 calories). It was flavorful but the fish was very salty. I didn't join my husband in having dessert, since the menu didn't include specific nutritional values for their ice cream. It would be great if sugar free vanilla ice cream was put back on their menu for those of us who are trying to eat healthier and/or are diabetic.
