During my visit, I encountered a bit of a hornet situation inside the building. One hornet was hovering around the donut display, and I noticed several more flying near the windows. This likely indicates that there is a nest nearby, rather than just a few buzzing around as an annoyance for customers. This is the worst d&d in the city. So slow. They take one order at a time. Never again will I come here

I've been visiting this Dunkin' for quite some time since it's conveniently located next to my house. However, since the new manager took over a few weeks ago, the service has drastically declined. Today, I waited 15 minutes in line before someone finally took my order, and I had to wait even longer for my coffee. This used to be a great spot, but unfortunately, I'm going to start going to the Dunkin' on Pleasant Street instead.
1st shift is awesome very friendly and respectful 1st shift is the only reason I go there
