It’s always up to date w... read more I swear this is the ONLY Dunkin in Fall River that I will go to! Their customer service is excellent and they never get my order wrong. It’s always up to date with their decor and always very clean. I never see bugs around their donut or bagel area unlike every other Dunkin in Fall River. I made the mistake to go to the one on Quarry St. because it’s right next to where I live and was so disappointed it’s worth it to take the extra 10 min to go to Milliken Dunkin with great staff and great customer service.

Staff are always nice the only tips they take are Kind Thank You .... no matter the business u visit your attitude can make the difference.

An older woman was working incredibly hard by herself, while at least four younger employees were in the back chatting and texting instead of helping out. I assume the older lady is the manager, or she certainly should be for the effort she put in. She called out the younger staff, and they promptly returned to their duties. My coffee was excellent, and the sandwich was satisfactory, so I can't really complain. Overall, it was an average experience that you'd expect from Dunkin'. If I had been more impressed, I'd have rated it five stars. Still, I’d definitely stop by again, as I have many times before, and I would recommend it to my friends. If you're looking for a quick sandwich, donut, or coffee, this is a great stop. Plus, it's conveniently located right across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps—can't go wrong with that!

They... read more This Dunkin' Donuts location is my wife's and my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly, and I'm pretty sure they recognize our usual orders by now. They always get our orders correct, and the coffee is consistently delicious. No matter how long the line is, it's always moving quickly. If you're looking for some Dunkin' in your life, this is definitely the place to visit.
