An older woman was working incredibly hard by herself, while at least four younger employees were in the back chatting and texting instead of helping out. I assume the older lady is the manager, or she certainly should be for the effort she put in. She called out the younger staff, and they promptly returned to their duties. My coffee was excellent, and the sandwich was satisfactory, so I can't really complain. Overall, it was an average experience that you'd expect from Dunkin'. If I had been more impressed, I'd have rated it five stars. Still, I’d definitely stop by again, as I have many times before, and I would recommend it to my friends. If you're looking for a quick sandwich, donut, or coffee, this is a great stop. Plus, it's conveniently located right across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps—can't go wrong with that!

They always get our orders correct, and the coffee is consistently delicious. No matter how long the line is, it's always moving quickly. If you're looking for some Dunkin' in your life, this is definitely the place to visit.
