People were very nice and it was very clean. The inside closes at 10pm but they're open 24 hours. I was happily surprised to find muchkins in the evening that looked fresh too! Unfortunately, they filled my order wrong gave me the wrong kind. The worst part was I hadn't looked in the box until Taunton. All the customers seemed extremely pleasant and helpful. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. Although the dining area closes at 10 PM, they remain open 24 hours, which is a big plus! I was delighted to find fresh munchkins available in the evening. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong, and I ended up with the wrong items. To make matters worse, I didn’t check the box until I got to Taunton. On the bright side, all the other customers were incredibly nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean, well-stocked with toilet paper, and surprisingly unlocked. Since I visit Fall River only once a month, I might give them another chance in hopes of getting my order right next time; otherwise, I may not have a reason to come back.
I really love this Dunkin'! The staff is friendly and they remember your order if you're a regular, which adds a nice personal touch.
It's uncommon to come across a Dunkin' Donuts that has a full selection of donuts and pastries. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and in the mood for some delicious snacks!
