My wife and I had not been to The Clipper in thirty years. We both wanted a Portuguese meal and during this Covid time they were open and reservations were not needed. We had the Portuguese steak and eggs and shrimp Mozambique. The French fries are hand cut and very good. The food was excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was great. Would definitely visit again.
Excellent experience. The food was exactly what I expected just higher quality than other restaurants. The French fries were the best in the city.

Great place!!! Authentic Portuguese cuisine and really friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who isn't just interested in the Portuguese steak... which isn't even a Portuguese thing
