THE WORST location there is within a 50 mile radius. The staff have 4 brain cells all togther. Their CC machine doesn?t work so it?s Apple Pay or cash only, been like that for weeks) there was a customer in there flipping out cushe didn?t have Apple Pay so he had to leave to get cash and go back, just went in for lunch and they are out of chicken. Anothertime I went in for lunch there was a sign on the door that said food won?t be ready till 5 ???????? this place was so muchbetter when it didn?t exist, do your self a favor and go to 5 guys

Food items were extremely low or were completely out. Food portion is ridiculously small. Ordering double meat will only get you scrapsand bits. Terrible service. Go at your own risk.

I picked up my food through the drive through lane and opened my food up to this. There?s nothing in there that Iasked for and it looks as if someone took two big chucks out of the plate. I went in the store to get a refund because there isno way I am eating what looks like was someone?s lunch and the ?manager? at the store was rude and unhelpful. I will not be backand it?s understandable why they?re rated the way they are. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The y... read more The other day was the 1st time I had ever ordered Chipotle. I got 3 carnita tacos. I ordered on-line drove up to the window at my designated pick up time. The young gentleman stated that my order would be right out didn 't seem happy to be there. Ichecked my bag he only gave me 1 taco. I drove around stated that I had ordered 3. Looking confused he tried to find theorder on the screen. Then questioned if I had really ordered 3, where I then said do u really think that I paid $11 for taco?!He then threw together 2 other tacos I went home. Now, I say threw together because I watched him, but was too tired afterworking my own 10hr shift in the food service industry as well.

When I got home I was astounded at how pitiful the bowl was I have never seen something like this before. The bowl was onlyfilled with like a tablespoon of each ingredient and the final product didn 't even reach the top of the bottom bowl. On top ofthis, my bag looked like it had been opened after sealing, and I didn 't even get chips. Incredibly bad for such a simpleorder. Update: after a week, Chipotle support answered with Hey it 's taking a while to address your comment, here 's a freechips and guac, hope that settles it nope very displeased.
