In the ever-evolving landscape of local Chinese cuisine, this restaurant reflects a mixed reputation. While some diners commend its generous portions and exceptional flavors, others lament the lack of authenticity and inconsistent quality. Dishes like orange chicken and fried rice receive praise for freshness and preparation, but complaints about soggy entrees and poor customer service surface frequently. A few have found their experience enjoyable, noting attentive staff and quick delivery, while others express frustration over dismissive behavior. Overall, while many locals cherish this spot for its unique offerings, a significant number remain dissatisfied with the experience.

What Rob Clark dislikes about China Sails:
The Food Here is passable. I have since switched places I order to as this place lacks authenticity in there food. I have NEVER Been to a Chinese restaurant that does not put the basics in fried rice like egss and bean sprouts yet they charge you for that! The pad Thi is horrible that was the only item keeping me ordering form this place. The front counter staff is not very friendly and heaven forbid if u like watchi... View all feedback.

Sorry but worst chinese food i’ve ever had and i’ve had a lot of chinese food. chicken fingers were all raw breading, sesame chicken was soggy, chow mein gravy was like a cup of snot. the teriyaki wasn’t terrible but not up to par with the rest of the fall river joints. also they forgot the gravy but charged us for it. $60+ for a hugely disappointing family dinner. not gonna make it.

The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh, just like it was the week they opened. The quality and customer service are always top notch.

Last night I ordered delivery from And they were very good. sides so I ordered the Jimbo fried shrimp for both appetizers. The chicken chow mein was excellent. The fried rice that came with it was fresh not like other Chinese restaurants where they just hold onto the old rice until it’s all gone was really surprised how this fried rice was. They use the noodles I believe from the Fall River noodle Company and they were very good. My only complaint was the jumbo freight room. It was coded in dough and was not very good cause you took a bite and you got a big hunk of bread in your mouth fried bread to change the recipe for fried shrimp. But I will, go there again or something different next time and I will be leaving a report for you. The only reason I gave four stars overall is because of the fried shrimp. I hope they change that.
