Never once had a issue ordering delivery with you guys til tonight I was lied to multiple times the first phone call and was put on hold for 8 extra minutes to speak with a manager cause their is now a issue with my address that I've lived at for the past 4 years and have gotten pizza from this location delivered to this address several times and I was hung up on at 16 minutes and 13 seconds so I called back and asked to speak with the manager that I was given no name to at first and I was told by Leighton if that's his real name or not that the manager left and their was no manager their to speak to at all and that the managers name could be either Taylor or Tyler. What's even more crazy is February 17, 2024 was my son's birthday and I had delivery that day to my home for his birthday dinner. I was also told that their drivers are allowed to pick and choose what house and address they want to deliver to and the driver that was on duty didn't want to deliver to me cause I'm 8.5 miles out but that the cut off to deliver is 9 miles out. My husband had a Nstemi Heart Attack the day after my sons birthday and today we had 3 doctors appointments and we chose you guys due to having a busy day and me having to prep him for a at home sleep apnea test he has to start this evening. So we figured since such a busy day we had we would do a easy night and we were refused service. I'm very disappointed and contacted corporate as well and Mr. Bob Galastro myself.
