For a long time, I've been searching for a restaurant that resembles a daycare while serving supermarket-quality pizza. I truly appreciate the ambiance created by tired parents, screaming toddlers, and the complimentary salad bar featuring unmarked mystery sauces. My only critique is that they only offer Pepsi Max, which is sugar-free. Pepsi Max pales in comparison to regular Pepsi and should not be found in an establishment that prides itself on fine dining and exceptional craftsmanship like this one. I ordered the spicy honey pepperoni pizza along with mozzarella sticks, and I have never witnessed such a variety of exciting shades of beige. Well done, Pizza Hut... Well done!

I recently dined here for lunch and wanted to share my experience. The food was quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. It was flavorful and satisfying for the price range of £10–20 per person. However, the service was lacking, which is why I'm giving it a score of 2. The staff seemed inattentive and our orders took longer than expected. As for the atmosphere, it was average, so I rated it a 3. Overall, while the food was delicious, the service detracted from the overall experience.
Extremely disappointed. Me and my partner came here for a late lunch, the waiter who gave us our table may as well have been someone random off the street, ridiculous customer service. So blunt and could barely understand what he was saying. Seemed like he was in a rush the whole time, as if he was on drugs. Jumping about from one side of restaurant to the other, throwing things about. I went up to the waiter who gave us our table to place my order, I wasn’t finishing speaking and he cut me off and quickly walked off as if he was finished taking my order. I waited there as I wasn’t, and he came back up to ask if everything’s okay, I asked if he finished taking my order before quickly walking away again and telling me it was placed. I called manager over to let him know about order being not fully taken. He wasn’t fussed. Restaurant half empty yet service was so slow. Staff didn’t seem bothered about much. Food was beyond average, pizza almost tasted like play dough. Hair in the barbecue chicken wings. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut so was excited for going to the one in Falkirk, although it was my first time, it will definitely be my last.
