I absolutely love the food, staff, and service at this restaurant. The place is always immaculate, and I have never felt unwelcome, even before the staff recognized me. Especially in these uncertain times, it's refreshing to be treated with such fairness and efficiency. A big shoutout to the Falconer branch for exceeding expectations in both cleanliness and service.

On Sunday, May 7, 2023, around 12:30 PM, I went to this restaurant to enjoy some cold drinks, but I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior of two employees. They were openly discussing their drug use, which was highly inappropriate in front of customers. Overall, I was not impressed by my experience.
This is the only place I go for subs. Never had to wait long.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, making every visit a wonderful experience. I usually order takeout for brunch, and the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food is fantastic, and I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. The service is equally excellent, earning another 5, and the atmosphere is also top-notch, scoring a 5 as well.
