All the staff were idle and not cleaning, which was disappointing. It seemed like a slow day, but this doesn't excuse the lack of service. The wait for my burger was over 20 minutes, which is unacceptable. The food itself was not impressive either. Overall, not a good dining experience.
I visited the restaurant tonight and was told at the drive-through that they were out of chicken breasts. A chicken restaurant without chicken, unbelievable. I have never had a good experience here. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested.
I will never go back to this restaurant. I just left and they were out of chicken breasts. Unacceptable! This is not the first time they have been out of something. Additionally, the management does not respond to negative reviews, most of which are bad. This shows that the management doesn't care.
