It was a pleasant experience. The food took a while to come out, but the restaurant was busy with other customers. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the restroom for disabled guests was lacking toilet seat covers and toilet paper, and the paper towel holder was broken. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I have had multiple orders messed up over the course of several weeks. I used the drive-thru and was asked to pull over and wait for my order. Each time I returned home, I found that several items were missing. One of the meals even had only half of a cookie. When I called the manager to complain, she hung up on me. Around 19:30 clock to this two-g, which is open until 10 clock, and they were “offers for the night”. Does that mean that they don't make fresh chicken for the last 3 hours?
Horrible..the lobby was closed, got in the drive thru pinned in and get told we can only accept cash, the order was not correct, no napkins or sporks... so disappointed and will never go to this location again. Trash on the floor.. didn't look as if it had been cleaned in while..no receipt in the bag as stated so can't even fill out a survey. This owner has some serious issues at this location.
I use this drive thru a lot and always feel like a race car going in for the world's fastest pit stop! I order, pull up to the window, hand them my card. Which they exchange immediately for my drink. By the time I put that in the cup holder, they're handing me back my food and card and I'm on my way!
New manager and crew are doing a wonderful job taking care of customer concerns and putting out a delicious product. What a wonderful improvement!
Last time buying food at this location. Waited this long for fresh fries supposedly lol. Boxes of fries were cold and half empty! No sauce for tenders? If I was part of management I would fire employees during evening hours and close this location after dinner time. No sense trying to serve garbage with stoned employees. Its very sad the workforce that is out there. Atleast they are serving food and not our country could be worse
