I was craving dessert, so I swung by the drive-thru at Culver's for a Sundae. I ordered a Turtle Sundae with brownie pieces, and it was absolutely delightful. Culver's makes delicious food, however service time is abysmal. Why does it take 14 minutes to make 4 concretes? Car in front of us and both cars behind us got food before we got our ice cream. This Culver's has gone downhill hard in the last couple of years. My order is nearly always wrong, poorly assembled and cold. I typically do drive thru and my limited experience with staff has been quite good, and they've offered me accommodations on callback complaints. I'm not going to be back for a while though, there's better options, even in Falcon. Service: Takeaway

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the quality is consistently excellent. Additionally, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sunset over the mountains while you wait for your meal.

The service was excellent and the food was very good. It seems that there has been a change in management since the previous review.
To put it simply, the burger was overcooked, the fries were bland, and the service was average.
I was craving dessert, so I decided to drive to Culver’s for a sundae. I ordered a turtle sundae with brownie pieces, and it was delicious. The staff member who assisted me was great.
What is Culver's known for? Is it their frozen custard? I ordered a small vanilla with hot fudge sauce, but it felt more like a sundae. Honestly, it was a bit disappointing.
This is by far the worst Culver's I've ever been to. The staff seems completely disengaged, and it took 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru. The service inside is just as bad!
