The salt and pepper squi... read more My wife and I had a kid free day and chose to go here for lunch. We had heard good reviews from neighbours and we weren't disappointed. The salt and pepper squid was some of the best we've ever had. We also had a pizza that was quite good. Good atmosphere and setting. Will be going back again.

Took an hour before our meal arrived, but hey that's because they want to sell you more beverages. Had the pork disk. The belly piece was underdone with no crackle and the pork chop was rare. What a joke. When we complained, mind you ate only a mouthful of pork as rest inedible, we were told that we should have complained when the dish was presented.Really got nothing nice to say that this place is grossly over rated and priced accordingly. Bad experience for what should have been a joyous occasion.

We decided on the $20 lunch me... read more We decided to try Cobblers after checking their menu online specifically looking for gluten free options of which there are many. We decided on the $20 lunch menu with a glass of wine (wine included in lunch deal). We both choose the Thai salad with grilled chicken. The wine arrived in icy cold glasses, good start followed by a huge serving of fresh, crunchy flavoursome salad and 4 good sized pieces of grilled chicken cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and the surroundings relaxing, could have stayed all afternoon. I highly recommend Cobblers and will definitely be back.

However, we had a booking... read more We are regulars at Cobblers and enjoy the food and atmosphere. We recently had lunch there on Mother's Day and the food was delicious. However, we had a booking from 11:30am to 1:30pm and our table was reserved for someone else at 1:30pm. At 1:20pm, the waitress abruptly told us that the other booking had arrived and we needed to leave. This was incredibly rude and completely ruined what had been a pleasant lunch with my parents.
