Menu looked okay, but not really my style. We got pastries, which were tasty. I'd recommend for a quick stop. The woman at the counter was nice and helpful. We stopped by because we are on our way to Ceiba from Fajardo, to catch the ferry. Saw a cute little ant carrying triple his weight, lol. View all feedback.

I am giving them 1 star because there is no way to give them 0....very rude the staff, my visit there was at 6 30 am just starting the day.... i cannot imaginate how it will be at the end of the day..... View all feedback.
Excellent service, great food, great coffee, great pastries, the staff treats you like family; no wonder they're a Fajardo institution. Highly recommend El Timón, a must-visit if you're in the Fajardo/Ceiba area before (or after) your trip to Vieques or Culebra!
We had the Timon sandwich, best I’ve had in a long time!!!!! the mini french fries are sooo cute! The woman helping at the counter was delightful and very helpful. Wish it was possible to deliver to Canada, we will be back!
Great pina coladas, I loved the steak was very tasty. I recommend this 100% they give you $100 if you can eat 5 bowls of ramen!

These were fantastic sandwiches! Highly recommend. And the pastries were light and fluffy!
