What Laura D doesn't like about Fajardo Inn:
Horrible hotel! My husband ordered food because everything in the hotel was closed. The security guard called the manager and she threatens us with the police !! Imagine you are vacationing in a hotel and you are threatened with the police by the manager. So unnecessary! Nothing is open, they have poor animals in bad shape on cages, swimming pool is rotten. Restaurant and gyms are closed. Quick tips to the owner: Get... View all feedback.
Stayed here for one night and we're pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There were 2 pools and a beautiful view. The Star Fish restaurant wasn't open which was a bummer but the food at the Mexican restaurant was delicious and the service was great. Would definitely recommend if staying in this area.
This hotel's only saving grace were its pools. The food at the Mexican restaurant (the only one that was open on the property), was below average. We had massive water bugs in our room. On two separate ocassions, my husband and infant were locked out of our room for over an hour before maintenance came to help. The keys just stopped working. Also, we were booked in one of the buildings outside of the main hotel building. If you dont ask, they wont offer the help of maintenance in lugging around your luggage up and down hills and stairs. Terrible service, below average food and accommodations.
Amazing location. Been staying here for years when I have photoshoots, events, or want some down time with my family and loved ones. Quiet place. Has all the appliances needed other than breakfast. After hurricane Maria there is no where on site to eat breakfast. Had to drive to burger King since after the ferry was moved to Ceiba, this town is a ghost town.

Extremely clean room. Very spacious. With a microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioner was working well. The receptionist was nice and explained the property well, check in went smoothly. Great location near the docks for any boat excursions you might have booked.
