She was incredibly... read more I want to give a big shoutout and a heartfelt THANK YOU to Abby, the lovely (and beautiful, I must add) server who assisted me on Labor Day. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and showed remarkable compassion. I can't express enough how grateful I am to her for simply being so kind. She's an exceptional person, and I hope everyone gets the chance to experience her warmth—it's sure to brighten your day (or even change your life).

Real Maple Syrup is n... read more I have been ordering from First Watch for months and was today called about my order informing me that I need to pay for Real Maple Syrup. Real Maple Syrup is not an add on for their online menu. Sean was incredibly rude about it, and tried to make mefeel guilty about not paying for an item there is no way for me to pay for. I have been either going to First Watch or orderingonline every weekend for almost a year. Not anymore. I hope the $1 for the Real Maple Syrup is worth losing a customer thatconsistently spends $50 plus a week. I am updating my review because Sean reached out with an apology. I am only giving 4 starsbecause you still cannot order Real Maple Syrup to go. I think it was incredibly rude to assume I was trying to scam therestaurant out of something, rather than trying to correct the problem. Had I been treated with respect in the originalinteraction, none of this would have happened. Good on them for making it right.

She is so sweet and she treats everyone as if they are family. What's even more important is herBoss just has a big smile when Emily is just doing her job but she goes over and beyond too make everyone feel like family!!! The food is SINCERELY SO GREAT, it doesn't matter what you order!!!
