Wendy's - Fairview Heights

I wish I could rate this zero stars. I’ve never been so disrespected at a fast food place. They were super rude beginning to end and they offered zero resolution to my problem. I placed a mobile order and the receipt that they printed on their end showed the same total but far less food than what I ordered. Instead of helping resolve the problem, despite showing them my receipt, they caught an attitude with me, cursed at me, and just waited for me to leave. Horrible, embarrassing, and just terrible all around. Receipts attached for proof.

The food was not fresh. The fries were just warm. The burger was dry and slightly warm.
