Sips Organic Coffee - Fairview Heights

Sips is located right across the street from where we stayed during our redwoods vacation. It opens around 7 AM, making it a perfect spot to start the day. They offer a variety of typical coffee house items, all presented in a delightful way that always brings a beautiful touch!

Sips is your typical drive-thru coffee shop, staffed by friendly and helpful people who make the experience enjoyable as you pass through in your car. The coffee is good, and the chai is exceptional, featuring the Oregon Chai brand, which is a fantastic choice. Although the options are somewhat limited due to the size of the town, you really don't feel the need to go anywhere else. I had a delicious black iced coffee, although I was not impressed with the green tea. Over the course of two days, I enjoyed three cups of coffee, all of which were good to very good. The vanilla milkshake was decent but not outstanding, while the two iced chais I tried were excellent.

When I needed coffee in the afternoon, I had an icy caramel macchiato that was good. my children shared a frozen strawberry limonade that was very good. my man wished he had one for himself.

We got tasty coffee and breakfast bagels before hiking in Humboldt Redwoods Park! Very nice coffee stand.
