Red Lobster - Fairview Heights

The food was great and so was the service. LeReshia D. did a wonderful job providing service to us. If all for her next time!

I will start by saying our server was Excellent! Very attentive and patient with us having kids. Now the biscuits of course amazing but the rest of the food was disgusting. Noodles were hard, fried food was soggy. And the three that had the shrimp were not feeing well after. I don’t know what happened but the seafood part has went way downhill and prices have went up. I will order my biscuits to go cause I can’t complain there!!

The server we had was very busy but stil attentive to our party. Food was very good and defiantly a treat.

Kiddo and I went here tonight. First time at this specific Red Lobster. We came in and nobody addressed us for a while. We should have made a reservation but we were fine with waiting. After an awkward wait I flagged someone down and asked what we were supposed to do. We were directed to a pickup counter and then waited about 10 minutes for someone to tell us to go back to the front counter. We came to dine in. We waited (roughly) another 20 minutes still nobody coming to the counter to acknowle … – show

Soooo we had Amy as our server, and Everything about her was Great!
