Food/Taste/ ordered a Large Deluxe Pizza which has sausage, mushroom, onions, green pepper, and bacon. We wanted to try a Original St. Louis Style Pizza since they advertise their thin, crispy, and crunchy crust. I quite enjoyed the pizza overall as the toppings compliment the thin crust compliments quite well. What Nerissa O'Dell doesn't like about Imo's Pizza:
I used the drive-thru. At first there wasn't one person visible in the entire place. There was a sign that said it was pick-up only at the window, if placing an order I had to come in or call. Well, I have an injured leg, just left the beautician and it was pouring rain. So I had my husband call in the order while I waited on the lot. The manager on duty that day. Her name was Kristine, she was very friendly, recommended specials and her customer service was on point. She was great.
I usually order a lunch special, food is ready within 20 minutes for pickup. Staff is friendly, food is great.
Maybe it's me, but it doesn't taste the same as it did years ago.
