Firehouse Subs Lincoln Place

I had never had firehouse subs and found this place looking for an evening meal in a hurry. I have to say it was delicious! the gentleman who worked the register was new, but even tho he asked how to complete our order, he was very professional and made an amazing work. we visited the load around 18 o'clock and it was always busy, but eating came hot, fresh and fast! the best sub I had for years! kudos to their employees, they made my first visit great!

Every sub I've tried from here has been excellent. This time I tried the Italian and it was a great combination of flavors.

My food was good, the lady that waited on me was very nice but I noticed one of the young men reach up and scratch his head and then went right back to making the order he was working on….he didn’t wash his hands or change plastic gloves. Just thought that was kindve nasty….it’ll be awhile before I go back.

Was our first time trying Firehouse because of a TMobile deal. Was much better than I was expecting (I'm not typically a big sandwich fan)! The wait was a bit long...about 20 minutes because they were so busy. The workers were all working their tail off, though, and one of the workers threw in a brownie for the wait. That was a nice gesture. I'd go back based on today's experience!

My favorite undershop... update was just a sandwich offer that was somehow not presented in the app or on the website. The staff ensured that they checked and helped me try to order this way, then went ahead and talked my order request by working with an equivalent sandwich order and replacing the new sandwich. It was really delicious, too. I can always appreciate employees who go the extra mile for great customer experiences!
