This restaurant is now under new management and has vastly improved. My daughter enjoys coming here, while I used to dread it because of long wait times and consistently getting the wrong order. The new staff is incredibly friendly, there are no issues with orders, and the wait times are very short. Excellent service! View all feedback.

This location use to be horrible. I stoped going for over a year. I decided to try again and I'm so glad I did! The new owners and staff are amazing!! They are almost never our of anything and they ar consistent with the food and drinks. I have not had a single complaint with the new staff. I'm so happy I finally got my Dunkin back!! They even recognize me when I come in! And that alone means a lot to me! It's nice being remembered and feeling valued. Great job guys!!
Used to be my absolute favorite place to go but today was laughable. The line was even longer then it used to be. When I got to the window they had 0 idea who I was and thought I was someone else's order. Even though I told my name and order number at the speaker. I said no im the app order. Than asked how many coffees I had. In barely understandable English. And then thought the order was done. Uh no buddy. I had to correct them 2x with my order I even offered to let them read my order which was still on my phone( i screenshotted it on the off chance . Because he had 0 idea what was going on. And in the background people of all ages. I think it's one big family now. Running around like chickens with their heads cut off. 0 organization and kinda rude. Scooters is opening up down the street from my house. Guess I'll be going there from now on. So sad and laughable at the same time.
The doughnuts were a tad dry and filling was low, but overall tasted okay. The big positive is that they are open, unlike their competitor down the street. On a side/sad-note, it seems they were bought out by foreigners and replaced all of the local workers. Very reminiscent of the times I ate at DD in the Middle East.
I pop into Dunkin 's drivethru pretty often before or sometimes after class as a little good job! for doing things I 'm expected to do. However, getting my little cold coffee and interacting with the people who made it for me is always very nice, and something I 've come to look forward to. And it probably sounds dorky, but I just hope the people who work here know how much I appreciate them and value the kindness they show me everytime I come through their line yall also make some delicious coffee. Not to sound like a white suburban mom, but it do be getting me through some rough days : anyway thank you!! Hope yall are having a nice day
