My sandwich was awful. I could barely eat it it was so tough. The ice cream was ok but honesty but the waffle bowl (that you have to pay a ridiculous amt to upgrade) was not only stale, but rubbery as well.

First time mobile ordering. Store didn't receive my order. I had proof I sent it and got charged for it. However, in order for me to get my items, I had to reorder. It was a $30 order, too. No customer service. Didn't even pretend to care that I was charged twice. Were not friendly. I was thankful that the Dunkin Donuts customer service online cared and reimbursed me. I won't utilize this location again. There are other options in the area.

Has anyone noticed that this Dunkin’ Donuts never have any donuts? I mean, it’s like every time I come here they’re out. And they never offer to make any more, even though all they have to do is defrost them. Plus, right now you’re forced to go through the drive through and if they don’t have what you want you’re still stuck in the drive through if someone is in front and behind you. It’s very frustrating. Maybe management should realize how much more money they would make if they would actually have the product that they advertise .

Typically, I find this restaurant fantastic, but my recent visit was quite frustrating due to one particular staff member. He repeatedly got my orders wrong and reacted with hostility when I asked for corrections. I ordered two large lattes, but he handed me a coffee and a small latte instead. When I returned them to explain the mistake, he told me not to give him attitude, which made me want to leave immediately. Thankfully, a kind woman stepped in to help me with my order, but when I brought up the rude encounter, she shushed me and closed the window. They also forgot my sandwich, and when I inquired about it, the woman became defensive, saying, “Don’t be mad at me; I didn’t do anything.” In the end, I eventually received everything, but it was disheartening to see the decline in service quality. They really need to evaluate their staffing. At least the latte was good once I finally got it.

If I could give this place a negative one star, I definitely would. First, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was burnt and charred at the edges. Then, the caramel macchiato I received was hardly even lukewarm. To top it all off, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a burden. If there were any other coffee options available at 6 a.m., I would absolutely choose them, but unfortunately, Dunkin is the only place open. I'm extremely disappointed about wasting $11 on such terrible food and service.
