I love Cheddar's and that was my first time in this place. You usually go to Columbia or Springfield. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because I made a curb-side order and they forgot one of the articles. Unfortunately we lived 30 minutes away, so could not turn around. Usually love coming here. Great food. This experience for To Go Order for my birthday not so good. VERY unprofessional& RUDE. Ran our card twice to add military discount saying “S**t I forgot your discount give me your card back.” The guy who came back out to discuss the issue shook his head had a bad attitude when we didn’t leave a tip” Everyone makes mistakes but don’t be disrespectful!! Near the mall and family decided to have a late lunch Decided to try this place for the first time.
Loved the atmosphere. We came about an hour and a half before they closed, the waitress was amazing... food was AMAZING, my husband and I each got a painkiller and LOVED them... Overall one of our top favs and go-to places to eat out at.
We had a large order yesterday, EVERYTHING was delicious. Not 1 complaint . Fast ordered over phone. Thank you.
