In the state of New Jersey you are allowed to charge up to 4% on credit card charges, I paid with a debit card and in NJ this surcharge does not apply.

Multiple times when I would order from here, I'd ask for a specific temperature on my steak and it either come out over done or raw! Multiple timeson top of that. Just now when I ordered a combo meal with french fries, rubs and beef, I was given no fries and my beef was overdone. Over and over I've had the same issues with this place and I'm tired of it. I never wanna order from here again

Imagine if it were a delivery, they would be charging delivery and credit/ATM fees. Leave those fees to placesthat actually closed and lost business!! While the practice of adding a surcharge to your bill is legal in New Jersey, it mustbe fully disclosed. Consumer affairs officials note, If an establishment imposes a Card Surcharge, that establishment mustconspicuously display a notice of this fact, including the amount, at or near the point of sale. While it is not against thelaw in NJ, businesses must fully disclose this fact in full view to all customers!
