Service-wise, had a wonderful experience! Quickly order, quickly receive. I got a frozen Chai-Latte, unfortunately the drink VERY was missing, very little taste. I even went back to ask for more shots of taste, and they graciously adhered to, but also the extra taste did very little for him... It won't come back. View all feedback.
What Ryane Barry doesn't like about Dunkin':
The one thing I will give this location, is everyone is super friendly and gets me through the drive-thru very fast. But the coffee is GOD AWFUL. And I always get a large ice coffee with French vanilla flavor and cream. And it tastes like some carcass died in my cup, always!! It’s honestly embarrassing how many chances I have given this place. I’ve been going here consistently since late 2021, I’ve seen the 100 different managers, but the worst thing they did to that location, was fire Joey and Celeste. They were a power duo, the coffee was always amazing, and their attitude was even better. Once they were gone the coffee went downhill more and more everyday. Super frustrating, I hope someday soon they figure it out, because I will give them all my money!
