Country Cafe - Fairview

Very good country style buffet. On the left is a salad bar, on the right is usually a few meats and several vegetables. Just discovered this place a few months ago and was probably already 10 times. The situation is out of the way for me, so I have to make a special trip to Fairview to go here, but I enjoy it and look forward to eating there. Expensively expensive and bring good old fashion US currency because they only accept cash!

I love the folks that own and run this place. They are fantastic. They have done a lot of work to update the place and it could still use a lot of cleaning, especially in the rest rooms. It is a southern homestyle place and if you leave hungry, it's your own dang fault. The servings are way over the top and with the extremely low prices, I often wonder how they stay in business but I hope they do. Super people and good food.

Driving though and found this place. I have to say they was the most friendly people Most of the people that came in seem to know all the employees and the employees new them. Even the customers talked to us. It took you back in time, where we would take the time to say hello or good morning. Honestly made my day, and the food was really great.

So good and homemade. Prices are so reasonable I don't see how they stay open!
