I've had multiple experiences where my orders were incomplete, often missing several items. Additionally, the quality of the food preparation is subpar. I spent $20, and my matcha latte was not even mixed properly, leaving powder settled at the bottom, and my cappuccino was only partially filled. It seems that this location often lacks available items. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience, especially with their delivery service.
