Taco Bell - Fairmont

We were traveling cross country on a road trip, stopped here for food. It was good, mom my liked at being her first time having it. Service was great, friendly staff.

8/13/23 Racists ppl work here.I was waiting for an hour and half for an order I placed only to be watching other people I was ahead of get served mind you I’m the only African American in this place. When I asked if something was wrong with my order One of the cooks said they were jammed with an aggressive face but I guess they weren’t jammed enough to serve other customers I was Ahead of, few minutes past and I asked again is there something wrong with my order and one lady went on their little computer And said I see you placed your order but you didn’t pay for it but didn’t mind to tell me all time she was watching me wait for an order that was not coming to me at all.

Horrible!!!!! These people employees either can 't read an order or just don 't care period!!!! Ordered bean burritos plain and they were all full of onions, ordered chalupas, and paid for extra chicken and both had only 4 small pieces of chick n and very little filling at all, and shell was extremely doughy, not crisp like usual!! Placed a 55.00 order and over 35.00 of it went in the trash!!! Have had multiple issues at this location and have recorded 0 customer service replies, place needs new employees and management, the existing ones care more about playing on their phones and going outside to smoke and joke!!!!! Make the drive to Mankato, 100 times better food and service!!!!

I'm done getting food to go from this TB. We've placed pickup orders using the app a number of times and it's about 2 to 1 odds that something will be missing from our order. Do yourself a favor and head south on Hwy 15, take a right on State St. and pull in to the Taco John's on your right. TJ's TB. Better yet, get some real Mexican food fast at the Las Potrancas food stand across the street from their store downtown (seasonal, limited hours).

Monotone employees. Better than you attitude. Rude employee at drive through. Left without finishing my order.And to the manager saying you could not hear me. Then why don't you say that so the person ordering can speak louder or pull up to the window to order. I repeated myself several times and got louder each time and she still did not understand and kept getting the order wrong. Incompetent employees
