My experience here more than compensated for the poor service I encountered at the Subway in Radium. The staff was eager and ready to assist, which was a huge improvement compared to the Radium location. Everything was clean and well-organized. Ordered online 30 minutes before we got to the location and when we got there the ordered hadn’t been started yet. The sandwich artist was making subs for the people that were in the line and coming in while we were there. View all feedback.
We always enjoy visiting this place. It's consistently clean, and the food is fresh and served quickly! The service is excellent. Definitely a five-star experience!
Breakfast sandwiches were spot on. Great place to get a tummy filling sandwich.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to get for veggie lovers only.Kid-friendliness: Kids should easily be able to order off the menu and plenty of options for dessert and drinks.Parking: This subway is part of a gas station so plenty of room for the normal auto to RVs and semi trucks.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right by the door to subway.Dietary restrictions: This is an alacart ordering place so one can easily keep out foods they wish to avoid.
I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience at your restaurant. The meatball sandwiches are always fresh and tasty, making Subway my top choice. The high quality is noticeable every time I come in. I want to give a special mention to Kajal for her amazing service—she is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Subway for its fantastic food and excellent customer service.

This is by far the best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to! Kajal never fails to impress me with her Stampede Brisket sandwich, which comes loaded with an incredible amount of meat. I’m always greeted with the friendliest smile, and my sub is more perfect than I expect every single time. It might also be due to the two employees who I rarely see there, working tirelessly— I have a lot of respect for them. I give both Kajal and Hiwangi 5 stars PLUS for their dedication and exceptional service in every way. Cheers!
