Contribute FeedbackAt this restaurant, recent experiences have produced a mix of satisfaction and frustration. While the food quality, including dishes like Mongolian Beef and lettuce wraps, has been praised for freshness and presentation, service has often fallen short. Guests reported long waits, unaccommodating staff, and significant delays with food orders. Issues such as cold dishes and miscommunication about menu options contributed to disappointment. However, standout servers provided pleasant interactions, helping to redeem some visits. Overall, while the culinary offerings show promise, consistency in service remains a critical area for improvement. Many patrons hope for better experiences in the future.
The food was amazing as usual, very fresh. The waiter was extremely helpful and checked on us frequently. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
The staff did not clear our table after we were done with our salad and appetizer. The broccoli in our dish was undercooked, almost raw. It took a while to receive our bill and we were never asked if we wanted a water refill.
I will end on the good stuff, but the Senior Manager was running the table seating. He was atrocious: rude, unpleasant, condescending… you get the idea. We had a reservation and he seated us 30 minutes late because they were busy and accomodating customers as they arrived and told me I was being rude when I questioned why every other customer was seated he told me I was being rude. That is not the purpose of a reservation. Our server was great! The food was good. We had a quiet corner to enjoy our time together.
Food was not as fresh as normal. Lettuce wraps came out cold. My husband asked for a side salad with his meal. Server never mentioned that we don’t have a side salad, just entree salads so my husband received a huge entree salad in addition to his meal our starter, not to mention $16.00 for this so called side salad. Information would have been appreciated. Spending $90 on lunch, it should have been stellar. PF Chang’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Disappointing.
Very small portions for the price. $45 for 3 very small pieces of steak. Go to wasabi much better.
