What Chelsea Dykes doesn't like about Cupcake Castle:
Terrible experience. My MIL ordered 50 cake pops for my daughters first birthday. When she went to pick them up they handed her 24 cupcakes. Not even close to the correct order. They proceeded to tell her that was what she ordered and then only gave her asmall discount on the items she purchased to try and makeup for the missing cake pops. I had already ordered 75 cupcakes elsewhere and ended up with way too many cup... View all feedback.
Jean and her staff are wonderful. They made my cupcakes and delicious cakes for my baby's first birthday. Everything was excellent! The staff provided exactly what I was looking for. I will always come to Cupcake Castle for all my functions. Thank you.
Used for our wedding, cupcakes and setting turned out phenomenal. She also made our cake cut and it turned out perfectly. I was so happy with the final result! The guests loved them absolutely and disappeared. I ordered 11 dozen and only about 2 dozen were left at the end of the night. For a smaller wedding of 100, I would say that is a success!
I love Cupcake Castle! Your products are superior and delicious. The cupcakes are excellent with a good selection of flavors. Your cookies are exceptional! I really don't understand the previous review that Cupcake Castle ONE STAR gave??? Seriously. This place is nothing of what this evaluator said. The owner, Jean, is professional and honest. She always tries to keep her customers happy. I see that they are offered to the cookies that the unfortunate person ordered....and used. Too bad there are haters. BRAVO, JEAN, FOR EXCELLENT PRODUCTS... COOKIES, CUPCAKES, ETC. They're all good....very, very good! Go on! PS, I would drive an hour for these excellent products!
Cupcakes are amazing! For years here! Cupcakes are moist and always delicious. Had many different flavors and never had a bad one! Owner is so beautiful! If I need cupcakes, this is the place where I'm going. The best!
My family has been going to Cupcake Castle for the last 6 years since she got recommended to us and have never been disappointed. We have had every single birthday party catered for there. We’ve ordered cake pops, custom made cookies and cupcakes and don’t forget the awesome cakes. We pop in regularly and absolutely love Jean and her staff. Thank you for being in Fairlawn and looking after us.
