Red Or White Wine Fairhope

Horrible customer service. Ignored our table. And to top it off, the staff got into a heated argument with another table. Will not be back.

I love Red or White! Best wine selection around and the food is always delicious! It's our go to spot for girls night and date nights! The owners, Sherri and Randy, are fantastic along with their friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I have always considered Red or White an upscale and classy establishment, until tonight. Due to a misunderstanding about corkage of wine we were chastised and talk down to by two different staff members (on multiple occasions). This could have been handled many different ways from a customer service perspective to maintain the integrity of professionalism and repeat customers. I 'm so sad to see such great establishments ruin their reputations by a couple rotten apples. Safe to say we, Nor our friends will be back for another round of low brow service. I hear McDonalds is hiring--maybe that fits her job description just a wee bit better. Aim hi girl! Work hard...your dreams can be attained .

The owner should train her manager on the definition of customer service. Will not be returning. After posting this review please see Taylor H's review, clearly this is the owner who had to make a fake account to post a review to try to slander my review. What kind of business are you running where you slander your customer base, this is just plain sad. Just know if your out of state visiting or living in Fairhope as a non native, as can see by the owners post you will be treated terribly. Spend your money else where.

Amazing pizza and boards. Huge selection of wine and several beer. I’m always delighted to see kronenbourg blanc 1664 anywhere I can eat too.
