Nostalgia brings us back time and again periodically, and never disappoints. Both the fish/beef servings are perfection. Modest location in back seaport area, so calm and placid on non workdays. Great area to relax and walk nearby after meal to view the ocean at Phoenix State Park/Beach, and stroll out on the utterly, spectacularly beautiful Federal New Bedford/Fairhaven Harbor Flood Control Barrier to view back into... What Kait Watson doesn't like about Elisabeth's:
Everyone was SUPER friendly and accommodating.Drink are super strong.Butter with bread is yummy.Kids chicken and fries were good.Clam chowder would be good if it was called potato soup with clams but as clam chowder it was pretty disappointing. Definitely more like soup than chowder And more potato than anything.I hated my mussels and many in my party wasn 't wow 'd by anything they got such as the stuffed fish. View all feedback.
Just a great local restaurant we stumbled upon. Opens at 5 and a small line waiting for the doors to open, restaurant full 30 minutes later. Emphasis on seafood, I had baked stuff haddock marsala and my wife had lobster, penne in a cream sauce all really great. Had an amazing layer cake for desert.
Very nice food and service. A great little neighbourhood restaurant. Lobster roll, haddock etc was all great, but the calamari dish was probably my favourite.
Varies and interesting selections, delicious food and drink. Would choose outdoor seating if available because inside space is small and can become noisy.
This place is so awesome!!! I really like the busser maggie and she is good at her job. I think that she does a very good job at asking are u done with ur plates and taking them to the kitchen. ? she also cuts cake

Great area to relax and walk nearby after meal to view the ocean at Phoenix State Park/Beach, and stroll out on the utterly, spectacularly beautiful Federal New Bedford/Fairhaven Harbor Flood Control Barrier to view back into a stretched out panorama of both cities and both commercial and recreational local maritime activity, with fast ferries often blasting out of the barrier opening to Nantucket and Marathas Vineyard .
