It g... read more 1 of the better Dunkin' Donuts around but that's not saying much. On 4 different occasions they've either forgot items or made the coffee/food incorrectly. It gets very annoying when I'm in a rush and I'm forced to park and go inside because something was wrong and have to wait for them to remake it. All 4x were in the drive thru. I'm strongly considering just going to honeydew for now on because this is getting ridiculous and I know places like Dunkin could care less about reviews because it won't affect their business but I still feel it needs to be known

I had to stay in line behind that car as it went to window. Behind me a car was served . I proceeded to the windowand complained to another employee. She filled my order while the manager Morgan came by and was rude. I asked for the owner?sinformation and she said she didn?t have it. I have owned a service business for 33 years, and I would fire an employee likeMorgan if she disgraced our company. Also, if you are closed, put a cone in the drive thru lame.

Ask for more pumps of the flavor. And today I get a bacon egg and cheese. No cheese half a slice of rawbacon and NO EGG. This locations trash, I don?t know why I keep trying.
