No reas... read more Just came here for lunch today. They were mopping by the front door. Before i could walk in to order I was told they were not taking any more customers. No reason given. No signs up that they were closed. Staff was there working.

Got one combo with lemon pepper/garlic Parmesan other with lemon pepper/mango habanero. Literally all the chicken and fries were salty af. My veggie sticks couldn?t stop thevolume of salt we consumed it was hard to finish eating. The cook needs to address how they season other peoples food. I feltlike a horse licking a salt lick.

Iwaited in the store for almost a hour till I just ask for my money back . I seen 7 people leave with they call in orders. Notsure what's the problem but they need to get it together.. I would recommend this Wingstop in Fairfield by the mall NO GO ! plus it was dirty , noticed that because I was there so long .. smh

I wanted an order of 8 wings but did not know you can only order 8 wing as a combo. The lady taking myorder never explained to me, that if I wanted just wings the minimum I can order would be 10 not 8. No! instead she rudely says,? you can?t order that you have to get fry and a drink.? I just wanted wings but She insisted I had to buy a combo. So I ordered2 combos. After all that I get my order and it?s not even complete. They only gave me one order of fries even though I paid for2 combo?s. I have never had such a difficult time ordering some damn wings. I most definitely will not be returning to this WingStop. I heard Fire Wing on North Texas is good. Think I?ll start going there for my wings from now on.

The girl who took my order was very friendly, but when I got my food, there was no ranch included. My boyfriend went back inside to mention the missing ranch, and the manager claimed they had placed it at the bottom of the bag. We assured her it wasn't there. I pointed out that since she hadn't made my order, she couldn't possibly know if the ranch was included, but she didn't respond.
