Well this is the second time I 've ordered from here and the second time I 've been disappointed. This time I ordered from the kiosk and ordered incorrectly. When I questioned the order I was told oh yeah you 're supposed to do this , you 'll be fine. I said this isn 't what I wanted but nothing further happened despite expressing my disappointment and I left feeling unhappy. They didn 't offer to fix it. I started to walk out but then rather than walking out disappointed again I went up and said this isn 't what I wanted, I just want it the regular way. The staff said ok and rang up the drink. I was surprised when I was charged for the drink. As a business this is your opportunity to make your new customer happy by fixing the misunderstanding and encouraging your customer to come back but instead I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I don 't think I 'll be taking the chance on this place again.
