They have changed something about the bread, it doesn't toast the same way it used to. I recall hearing that they made alterations to it. Subway used to be my go-to favorite, but I am disappointed in it now.

The picture showed condiments in bowls on the side, but when I picked up the order, there were no condiments. I called the store and spoke to a confused employee who couldn't find anything about my order and said the person who made it was off until Monday. I asked for the manager, but was told there wasn't one there that day, but they would have a manager call me shortly. No one called and no one answered the phone the rest of the day. After waiting for 2 hours, we started to eat and found all the condiments were on the sandwiches. Many of our guests didn't eat them because they didn't like the condiments on the sandwich. This experience was very disappointing, and I still haven't received a call from anyone. It was a waste of money as I had to throw away half the sandwiches. I do not recommend ordering catering from Subway as there is no one available to fix problems with your order.

The Indian woman who made my food was rude, and the girl at the register seemed unhappy to be there.
