I went and got a drink from them. I got one the refreshers. Never was asked if I wanted lemonade instead of water. When I have gotten the drink before, I've Bern asked. View all feedback.
Always have a great experience at Starbucks. I'm a dark roast fan; the darker the roast the better.
Staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The drinks came out quickly and tasted great!
This weekend was my second experience receiving egg bites without a fork from two different locations. Do the staff even think before serving? Ever since Starbucks started accepting mobile orders, the accuracy has really declined, and it wasn't all that great to start with. Plus, can you please stop hiring timid and unfriendly staff, Starbucks? Also, what's with all the snack items lacking chocolate? No more chocolate-dipped madeleines, chocolate-covered graham crackers, or chocolate-covered almonds. The new chocolate-covered almonds look and taste like they've been left in someone's pocket and washed in the laundry.
Since the pandemic, this location has been frequently closed. I was charged an extra $0.70 for substituting oat milk due to my lactose intolerance. One would expect plant-based products to be cheaper than animal-based ones. It seems I have to pay more to avoid the hormones and other unwanted substances found in regular milk... just saying.
Nice and friendly guys. I didn’t like my drink and they saw it and did new one, I even didn’t have to tell it.
