I feel awful for the people working here. They are all the sweetest people, however Management needs to get it together. If this store cannot handle the mobile orders they simply shouldn’t have it. Especially when most people are working and on time restraints. I only have a 30 min lunch and it’s been taking well over 25 min for orders these days. Also on days when they have half off specials they maybe should turn it off or prepare if possible for the influx of customers. Also another thing I noticed was people like me who did mobile order 20 min prior were not getting their orders but people who came in after us to order in line were getting their orders before us. Fix the issues. I’m not coming here for a while. Which I live on base, I work on base and this would be so convenient but I’d rather spend my money at Dutch bros at this point or even the coffee shops at the hospital or right off base at this point. For this being a military installation, this is not it!!!!!
Current staff drags their feet and gets orders wrong every day, as well as constantly being out of stock of several items.
Only issue is that they need more working outlets. Other than that I have not had a bad experience. Tati is my favorite barista... she's got the drinks down to a science and greets everyone with a smile!
Mobile order took 20 mins to complete, while the store was empty...I stood there and watched them take 5 walk in customers before i asked again about my drink...informed them did my order come through?..barista and 2 others had attitude about it...telling me mobile is different...then made the drink in 30 seconds?!...if you forgot/missed the order, just say that! dont lie and blame the customer..not the first problems I've had here and by the other reviews seems to be a common problem! Please be better management.
