This is a solid Szechuan restaurant with some standout dishes. The spicy dumplings are absolutely delicious, and the tomato and bark mushroom dish is also excellent. The grilled fish has a nice flavor. The decor is well organized, and the service is good too. It's not very crowded, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Plus, it's quite affordable, averaging around $30 per person. View all feedback. What Jorge D doesn't like about Shu:
The food was quite enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. We were seated at a table, while the waiter stood on the opposite side of the bar to take our drink orders. He managed to get one drink before he came over to ask me what I wanted. The customer service definitely needs improvement. View all feedback.
