After that time had passed, I went in and w... read more My experience at the KFC in Fairfield was poor. I ordered a chicken pot pie. I was told that it would be 22 minutes. After that time had passed, I went in and was told 14 more minutes. The young lady was at the register and was very unprofessional. The manager was all over the place and did not know how to manage his employees. Customer service is just a word we see and often not used in most fast food restaurants. My food was dropped and they did not think I saw them nor took the initiative to redo the order. I won't be back to this KFC.

I stopped by one evening, right before closing, and what I experienced was shocking. The so-called manager or supervisor was cursing so loudly that it was hard to believe! The girl at the drive-thru didn’t even try to close the window to muffle the noise. It was truly unbelievable! To make matters worse, I ordered three original thighs, but when I got home, I discovered I had received a large, burnt, hard fried chicken breast instead of what I ordered. Seriously? After witnessing the chaos and hearing the language used there, I wouldn't even consider going back to get a refund — I’d rather not risk them tampering with my food. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place!

When I requested coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes, it felt like a hassle. Additionally, the chicken just doesn't taste like it used to. I won't be returning.
