When I requested coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes, it felt like a hassle. Additionally, the chicken just doesn't taste like it used to. I won't be returning.

After that time had passed, I went in and w... read more My experience at the KFC in Fairfield was poor. I ordered a chicken pot pie. I was told that it would be 22 minutes. After that time had passed, I went in and was told 14 more minutes. The young lady was at the register and was very unprofessional. Themanager was all over the place and did not know how to manage his employees. Customer service is just a word we see and oftennot used in most fast food restaurants. My food was dropped and they did not think I saw them nor took the initiative to redothe order. I won't be back to this KFC.
