I'm so upset. There were 2 occasions where they got my order wrong. Terrible, its obvious, why wages for positions such as serving ice cream are lower than most, you can even serve the right order. Nonsense. Return my tip LOL:

They have not updated their hours on Google. It was such a waste of driving all the way.

Waited in line for an hour, after placing our order the girl forgot it as she was making it. Then, she took the cup with the ingredients and transferred it into a shake cup, then, took the cup into the back behind closed doors 3 times!!! After 20 minutes of waiting, she served us a runny/watery shake We also ordered a strawberry shortcake, the young man who scooped the ice cream, held the ice cream in the air with the spatulas as he talk to another customer to the point where I had to request that my ice cream not be exposed to the COVID 19? air that long as he conversed with another customer... The staff was EXTREMELY SCATTERED and all over the place, definitely in need of organizational/listening skills across the board We were no longer interested in the order and declined

This restaurant serves the best ice cream with a variety of flavors. They even mix in M&Ms and KitKat, which turns out to be delicious. Even though I never used to be a fan of cookies and cream, their version completely changed my mind. The combination of different flavors they offer makes every scoop of ice cream delicious.
