The only time we experienced a long wait was the day a woman was preparing a burrito so big that she had to keep adding tortillas because it kept tearing. This was for a customer ahead of us, and I have to say, they truly went above and beyond for that customer!

So I returned... read more To add to the frustration, when I finally got my food and opened it at home, it was the completely wrong order (despite my name being on the bag). So I returned to Chipotle with the incorrect order, explained what had happened, but the cashier seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. Fortunately, a woman stepped in and quickly located my order in the system. She remade my bowl, and her service was outstanding! I wish I had thought to ask for her name, as I was so grateful for her customer service.

However, if you're a first-time visitor to Chipotle, be aware that their drive-thrus are designed exclusively for picking up pre-placed orders. This unique feature can be a bit confusing. Besides that, the food is consistently delicious.
