Chilibomb Chili Factory - Fairfield

I had an amazing hot dog! It was a generous size made from pork and beef, seasoned just right, and grilled to perfection on a toasted potato bun. The mild chili was tasty, though not extraordinary—I’m definitely looking forward to trying their hot chili on my next visit. The real chocolate milkshake was excellent as well. This place is definitely worth the detour off I-95!

The best Mac and Cheese around. You will not regret going there and trying one of their amazing choices for Mac and cheese or cheese fries. I've brought numerous friends there who all agree it's a treat to go every time !

However, the interior of the restaurant had a bit of a shabby vibe. While the tables were clean, the overall place seemed like it could use a thorough cleaning. I also tried the Texas Peacemaker chili and cheese sauce with fries. Perhaps my expectations were too high, as I was somewhat let down by both the chili and the cheese. Next time, I think I'll order them on the side so I can dip the fries and achieve the perfect balance of chili to cheese. The fries themselves were quite good, though. My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac, which I tasted. It was decent, but certainly not worth the $10 price tag! Overall, I would definitely dine here again and would recommend it to others.

I visited Chilibomb tonight and had a burger that was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The fries were excellent—hand-cut and delicious. The hellhound chili wasn't as spicy as I expected, but it was packed with flavor. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, the staff is very friendly, and the menu is quite interesting. My wife really enjoyed the macaroni and cheese. We'll definitely be returning; the prices are reasonable, and everything is made to order.

Went here for the first time today and was very very happy!! First, the guy behind the counter owner I guess) was extremely friendly, helpful and patient as we took our time looking at the menu. When it was time to order, he made suggestions and was very accommodating when we added or customized our order. THE FOOD!!! The fries are crazy good! We got chili cheese fries and they were perfect! Crispy fries, decadent cheese and hot, meaty chili. We could tell they take pride in their food! The burger Jack Me Up) was awesome!! Crispy fried onions just added to the flavors and textures going on in that burger! We have fallen in love and will make that place our new go-to for burgers!! I can't wait to try their other menu items!!
