I ordered by phone for pick up, 1 extra large pizza and chicken wings. It was Friday night and they were busy. The order took some time to complete, hence 1 star off. The pizza and chicken wings are great. The crust is just right thickness and softness (with a bit of crunch). Cheese is ample, toppings are generous. The wings are good. Afternoon lunch The lady behind the counter was rude from the jump. As soon as we walk through the door she had an attitude. I don't know if she was just having a bad day (she seemed fine talking to her coworker in the kitchen) or because now she had to work. Me and my coworker tried to power through the rudeness, but at the end when we were about to pay for the food we order. We just walked away and eat somewhere else. If I was the owner of the restaurant i would have fired her. Her demeanor seems like this is who she is.
Save yourself some time and order from another location. We have tried to be patient with this location for so long after so many awful service experiences (we eat pizza here at least once a week, maybe two). It is convenient because it is close by but it is run by kids who do not have any managerial supervision and it is clear they do not care about the quality of service. Kids are training kids and mistakes are undoubtedly passed on. The cashier is almost always on their phone. There have been many bad experiences, one major one of which was a delivery order being ?stolen? by someone else. We were offered no refund. Meal quality is hit and miss, always lukewarm, and often they ignore dietary requests entirely. Deliveries take upwards of an hour and a half, maybe two and half hours in our experience. Pick ups are not much better as our orders are never ready within the given time frame. Curbside is offered but requests are never fulfilled; we were told once on the phone that they didn?t feel like coming out so to please come in instead. There?s never more than two people working, which is why curbside is hard to fulfill. Just take it off as an option when ordering. As mentioned before, because of the COVID-19 pandemic we have tried to be understanding, but 99% of the time the refrigerator is broken and menu items are not available because of poor planning on the staff?s part. The staff is not friendly and when mentioning inconveniences, they basically shrug them off as if it?s not their responsibility. Food is prepared and delivered sloppily. When phoning in, we are either hung up on, put on hold for a really long time or the phone is taken off it?s receiver. It really sucks because I think each location is independently owned and we want to support local businesses. I have brought up several of our bad experiences and the service just keeps getting worse. At this point it?s no longer worth the bother.
I usually have great customer service here. But today there was no leadership and a very rude young lady in the back making the pizza. She was rude to myself and other staff. I ordered my food online and when I showed up on time. She told me there was no one with my name who placed an order, when the staff corrected her She rolled her eyes at me then turned to the other staff and said tell her it will be another 5 minutes. She was extremely disrespectful. Probably won't come here again, I'm not paying to be treated like that.
