Candlewood Market - Fairfield

I ordered four macarons but only received two in a bag. When I returned to the cashier, they handed me the other two in a paper coffee filter instead of a proper plate. While this was not a total disaster, it was just the start of my issues. I also ordered a hot coffee, but what I got was lukewarm and had an unpleasant aftertaste. When they asked if I wanted my scone warmed up, I eagerly accepted, assuming everyone would want a flaky, warm scone. Unfortunately, what I received was a dry, rubbery version of a scone. This was my first experience at this restaurant, and it will certainly be my last.

I was introduced to this lovely café by a friend just a month ago, and it has quickly become my favorite spot in Fairfield. Last week, I had their iced coffee, and it was the best I've ever tasted—no easy accomplishment considering my travels around the world! I'm excited to sample everything on the menu. Just looking at the pies has probably added 10 pounds to my waistline! The staff is incredibly friendly, too.

Everything is consistently perfect and incredibly tasty. They deliver exactly what you order, prepared just the way you like it, which makes for a wonderful experience every time. I’m very particular about my food, and I absolutely love this restaurant!

Wow, the sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon, and a sesame bagel was simply incredible!

I truly adore this restaurant! The staff is amazing, the sandwiches are delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The menu offers a wonderful variety of options, and I must highlight the sign spinner! They serve the best coffee in Fairfield!
