Burgerim
Description
A neighborhood, family-owned burger-and-sandwich spot wins praise for a varied menu—beef, turkey, chicken, vegetarian choices, a popular Hawaiian fish sandwich, wings, mozzarella sticks, garlic aioli and family packs—yet execution is uneven. Guests enjoy value and some standout items but report soggy fries, overcooked or frozen-tasting burgers and chicken, spoiled bacon and flat sodas. Service can be friendly but is undermined by hygiene lapses, distracted staff and poor complaint handling; unclear hours and a cramped Coke Freestyle aisle also raise accessibility concerns.

The burger was absolutely terrible; it tasted like a frozen patty. However, the sweet potato fries were incredible and out of this world!
I'm not usually a big fan of burgers, but this place was surprisingly good. I ordered the family pack, which was definitely worth it; it includes a little bit of everything, and my kids loved it. We had wings, fries, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the fries—they weren't as crispy as I prefer. Overall, everything else was delicious, and I will definitely be returning.
There are plenty of options for beef, turkey, chicken, and vegetarian enthusiasts! I really enjoyed the variety of fry choices. The garlic aioli was fantastic. I can't wait to try their Mediterranean menu next time!

Spider webs on the lights and on the Register. The cooks in the back are not masked, the don 't wear gloves, and don 't wear hair nets or hats... The restaurant was empty when I walked in, from ordering to receiving my meal took 19 minutes. The cashier kept going the kitchen to talk to the cooks and was showing them stuff on his phone, distracting them from making my meal. I 'm sorry for complaining but that wait time and lack of cleanliness is a no for me. The chicken strips arrived overcooked and dry as heck. I took a few bites and I couldn 't get them down, I asked the cashier for a refund or even a partial refund since I did take a few bites. He said, don 't know if I can, I can look into it... I explained to him that the chicken was very tough and overcooked...he said, sorry there 's nothing we can do about it... big yikes
