We've dined at the Asian Pho Bistro several times, and the food is quite good! While the dishes do take some time to arrive, I appreciate that everything is made to order. We have encountered a few misunderstandings with our order instructions, and I found it a bit inconvenient that they don't allow substitutions without an extra charge. For instance, I wanted to replace chicken with a vegetable, and they removed the chicken but charged me for the vegetable. Most places are usually more accommodating with substitutions at no additional cost. Despite these issues, the quality of the food is impressive.
