Ivy and her team are fantastic! The juicy chicken, crispy hot chips, scallops, and salad are all delicious and fresh. The prices are reasonable, and Ivy often gives me a discount. The service is outstanding, and the staff always deliver excellent customer service. What User doesn't like about Fairfield Heights Charcoal Chicken:
They keep changing staff, the previous guy who use to work there cooked the chickens very well and when he was there it was the best charcoal chicken. The new lady who they employed doesn't cook the chicken as well. The hotchips and garlic sauce however I give 10/10. View all feedback.
I only come for the fish and chips and his pretty good. the chips also have a really nice, clean taste. if they want decent food for good prices, then this will help them

Absolutely apauling service, was given 3 Different prices and after asking 2times if chicken was halal and lied to that it was both times after being caught out her comment was i am not your people terrible place chicken shop across the road is 1000x better
Tam and Tao are really friendly the best charcoal chicken in town great burgers and awesome old school fish and chips definitely be back have been coming here for years and will always be back
